Nicky's Resort

Nicky’s Resort was quite nice! The rooms were quite clean and they were so cute, the beds were comfortable and there wasn’t any noise coming from neighbors. The view from my room was so pretty as we had our room facing the mountain!! I have no issues or complaints! There was a restaurant right by the hotel walking distance which was a little pricey but it was a great experience. I highly recommend!!

We were placed here after the Wyndham changed our location here because they overbooked. We were already upset that our special birthday celebration group was divided (originally in 3 hotels!). So we were able to get 2 rooms here. Our room had maintenance issues (the floor had nails exposed where you walked by the sink, the bathtub had dirty paper towels in it, one of the bed covers had fur all over it). The upstairs people sounded like elephants in the morning. A real disappointment.

We stayed in one of the cabins at the back of the resort and it was so lovely! The beds were comfortable; the cabin was so warm and cozy with the fireplace and A+ heater. Super perfectly located and well appointed. I would very happily stay again and absolutely recommend. It snowed during our stay and it would’ve been nice if the snow was removed from the steps/walkway leading from the cabin to the parking lot as it was quite slippery. I’d highly recommend to management to put some kind of traction mat down the sloped walkway of cabin #2 and the parking lot as it was quite steep/precarious to go down (especially my mom who is elderly), and especially in winter with the snow and ice if not removing it for guests. This was a very minor issue tho, overall 5 stars and wonderful.

Positive: The cabin was very quaint/cute- beautiful location. Negative: Asked for clean bedding, as not sure rhet had been changed.

A great place to stay, nothing fancy.but very clean, cozy and comfortable. The view outside of our suite #200 (sleeps 6+) was amazing. A beautiful view of the mountain, along with the sounds of a bustling stream that runs through the property. I loved waking up each morning opening the sliding patio door with the screen and sitting out on the deck with my cup of coffee viewing the mountain and listening to the stream. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind and the rate couldn't be beat. Each room has a sliding patio door with a screen that made its way onto the deck. One morning I was also greeted by a friendly little wild turkey wandering the parking lot looking for snack to eat. There's also a nice Swiss chalet style restaurant right across the parking lot where you can enjoy a
