Nantucket Inn

It was clean, spacious, literally right on the ocean to the point the waves made the building shake. Nice view. Small kitchenette with a microwave and a tiny fridge/freezer that I could not adjust the shelves in which made it difficult to store drinks. Comfortable, large bed and two couches. The television was very high on the wall for some reason, had to tilt our heads back to watch.|The enormous bathtub was hard to get in/out of and it did not drain. We ended up ankle-deep in our shower water, which was luke-warm at best. We tried different times of the day to see if we could have more hot water, but it never got hot. Not even hot enough to do the dishes adequately. I had wanted to take a bath when I first saw the tub but the water would be nowhere near hot enough for it to be enjoyable.

Highly recommend. Amazing views, 40 yards from the beach itself. Literally on the beach😄 Very quiet. We stayed in #1 with its two bedrooms, huge living room facing the ocean, kitchen and dining room faces the ocean for a 5 star eating area. Our fireplace didn't work but the maintenance guy wouldn't give up trying to get pilot light lit. Very nice guy, he brought space heaters to help with the February chill since he couldn't get pilot light to work. Overall great experience, if fireplace would have worked it would have been a 5 star weekend. I've stayed in all the rooms here, they are all amazing.

NANTUCKET INN #3- Filthy stench in an overly stuffy room upon arriving, which after the room cooled down turned out to be DOG URINE on the carpets. The couches were covered in dog hair that took housekeeping over a half an hour to vacuum (and yes, it was so bad we had to call the front desk to have that corrected), non-existent bottom "stairs to the beach" which is an ADA nightmare for people with disabilities (not sure what happen there)- so NO BEACH ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. When I went to move the vacuum cleaner in the bedroom from in front of the heater the canister that was not secured properly flew out and landed on my foot bruising my right toe. I took a spa tub around 11:30 that night and listened to the neighbors BARKING DOGS THE ENTIRE TIME! I saw black mold on the din

My wife's reserved this room 3 months in advance and specifically requested a balcony which she was told we had in our room. When we got to our room there was no balcony. There was hair and a visible water line in the bathtub. The windows were dirty. The gas stove we could not turn down so we roasted the entire first night. The next day I turned off the gas to the stove so that we can at least have one good night. My wife and I were meeting our kids who had separate hotel rooms that they paid a lot less for and they had a balcony and a clean room. When we called and complained about our accommodations we were told sorry for the misunderstanding and operate 10% discount on our next visit. Which by the way will never happen. This was our first vacation in over 10 years. And it was completely

it would be nice if you have plastic silverware and more cups in the room (full kitchen even better?? ) . We have to bring our own cups? Bigger coffee maker would be nice too . O and on the check out the instructions say pick up the phone and dial 0 !! Which did not work. You need to updated your instructions you hand out......||The room was nice and great ocean view and access to the beach for walking . This is our 2nd time at this rental and had the same room. We will be back - love the location to everything
