My Place Hotel-Missoula, MT

There’s a reason why this hotel gets such great reviews. First, the woman who checked us in…. It was her 1st day on the job. What a joy! She was super pleasant and you’d never know it was her first day. She checked us in with absolutely NO questions or delays. The entire facility was very clean and well maintained. Our room was quiet! Hardly heard any other guests. Laundry facilities were very nice and reasonably priced too. Easy walk to Cracker Barrel. Their breakfast is a bit odd. You get a short menu of what’s available. You order your food the night before and they bring it to you so you heat and eat it in your own room the next morning. We’d definitely stay here again!

I do a lot of traveling, but I have to say this is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is so beautiful on the inside. It really reached my high expectations.!!!! I feel like I’m in a home away from home and John the front desk manager was so kind so nice helped me out with everything. You won’t regret staying here. Trust me. It is the best. If you’re looking for that home away from home feeling this is definitely the place.! I will definitely be back here soon.😉

->Nothing like an empty kitchenette that you can't use<- Bare bones but few options. No breakfast. Room was a kitchenette with a 2 burner electric stove, microwave, sink and full fridge but zero utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, tools etc....so.....am I supposed to travel with a backpack of kitchen supplies. Not sure. I'm thinking that if I lived in an area where there were a lot of these type of hotels, that the supply and empty kitchen at, that I would probably have a backpack of supplies and, I would be very happy to have a room like this. As a cross-country traveler, not a camper, not expecting this kind of thing, it wasn't too useful to me. we recently stayed here for a night. When we checked in we asked if we can have a late check out and the clerk at the front desk was happy to let us stay till 1pm. At 8am housekeeping starts pounding on the door i said no thank you we have a late check out at 1pm they walked away but they came again at 10:30am i said again we have a late check time. housekeeping cam again at 11:30am and again at 12:30. At 12:30 the housekeeper was yelling at us saying that we needed to get out. We finished getting ready and was out of the room at 12:45. We went down to talk to the front desk and they confirmed that we did have a late check out at 1pm and that housekeeping should’ve never been at our door. Very disappointing with the housekeeping staff. Left the hotel mad and still tired. We will not be
