My Place Hotel-Bentonville/Rogers, AR

Love having a pet friendly hotel with kitchen, comfortable, and clean rooms. Night Staff was friendly. I'm an early riser and enjoyed speaking with Zack while the wife slept. I'd recommend having dog poop bags to encourage cleaning up after pets. I would also not have any carpets in the pet rooms. While our pets are well trained other might not be.

This hotel was exceptional! Very clean and had the accommodations I needed for cooking my meals. It had a 2 burner stove & a full size fridge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend My Place hotels.

We would stay here with or without our dog, but it's a plus that they are pet friendly. Very quiet .Very nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Staff was great. The shade on the window actually blocked the light from outside! Great value beautiful accomodations.

Stayed in this hotel one night in Sep 2025. Check-in was hassle free, the staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. The room has a full size fridge/freezer and a small stovetop. There are no ice machines in the hallway, but I was told there was one in the freezer - you just have to turn it on. The hotel was quiet, the A/C worked perfectly. If travelling through I would stay here again. All in all, a good value for my money. I'm not sure of why all the bad comments on this hotel, I was very satisfied with it.

I have stayed in A LOT of hotels over the years for personal and business travel and this is by far the best hotel for what the cost. Value is a solid 50 on a scale of 1 to 10. They could have charged twice the price and I would have been satisfied with my stay at this hotel. They accommodated my infant son and were pleasant every single time I interacted with the staff. I will be staying here again.
