DO NOT let them book you for the hotel in the back. It used to be its own called the OYO but I guess they moved and updated everything idk. But the WiFi in the old building is horrible, this whole back area is a dead zone. The rooms are mediocre compared to the baymont building and I’m pretty sure it’s around the same price per night. DO NOT LET THEM BOOK YOU IN THE OLD BUILDING EVEEEERRRRRRRRRR

I would give zero stars if possible. This is a hotel from Hell! I submitted a refund request with pictures over a week ago about your poor hotel that Booking.com reserved. I never stayed there and now I will be reporting your hotel and Booking.com organization to my bank for this unauthorized charge and I will report your hotel and Booking.com to the Better Business Bureau in my area for the nasty, disgusting and dangerous hotel I was booked in with the sink pipes lying in the floor. I have pictures of everything and you have 24 hours to refund my money or deal with legal authorities!

not military friendly says online and over the phone pet friendly and denied when arrived from states away, refused to check us in with substantial attitude

Stayed for over 2 weeks with no complaint until this day 4/2/24, and the phones don’t work, they don’t notify you for anything going on in the area. The water was shut off for 2 hours and not a single person from the hotel came to let anyone who was staying in the residence know or call the rooms to let them know the water would be off for 2 HOURS. And when I went to speak with management about the water being turned off with no notice, the man and woman who are apparently the managers of this location started yelling at me saying that we could go somewhere else and how they were going to call the cops because I went to complain about them not notifying the guests who are staying in their residence about the water being off, or that they would have maintenance would come around to all roo
