Murphy's River Lodge

My husband and I are so excited about this property. We stayed for just one night and are so pleased that we plan to come back here in the summer. The rooms are so clean and cozy. The staff is so welcoming. The pool and hot tub were so clean and fully functioning. The breakfast area was also so cozy and clean. Had a nice variety of things to eat and drink. I love the grills by the creek and tables so you can enjoy outdoor time. There is so much more to do here. I highly recommend.

The customer service is wonderful! We booked direct online, received a call from the lodge to confirm as it was for next day arrival, very professional and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the towels were great and even had some towels folded into a swan (like a cruise ship 😊) Did I say how great the customer service was? We liked the location as we walked to the shops and restaurants in Estes. Recommend highly if you want to be treated well and leave feeling like you want to go back.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We booked an upper and lower condo which are connected by a staircase for our large family of 7. Both rooms had a king bed with a pull out couch. All the mattresses, including the pull out were comfort. We had plenty of space in the rooms. The lower room had a small "kitchen" and table which worked well for playing cards. The upper room was a little smaller but still had plenty of space. The pool was a big hit with the kids! Great quality, location, service for the price!

We had a lovely stay with Murphy's a couple of weeks ago. It's clearly off-season, so I'm sure there's much more bustle during the busy season, but we really felt as if we had the place to ourselves. HOSPITALITY!! Every contact we had with an employee of the lodge was exceptional. It started with text messages after I'd made the reservation and continued with every interaction. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The lady who took care of the breakfast area was very nice and welcoming. It's obvious that your staff training and company vision is 100% focused on your guests. When we return, we will absolutely be staying at Murphy's River Lodge!
