To say that I was unimpressed with the lodging experience at Okemo would be a gross understatement. I'm giving this one star to hopefully get the attention of Vail Resorts. Here's my story: * I booked a room at the Mountain Lodge. A few days before my trip, I got an email telling me that they would see me at Jackson Gore which is the other base a few miles away. * I called Okemo asking whether I was at the Mountain Lodge or Jackson Gore and she assured me that I was at Mountain Lodge. I asked, "So I just drive to Mountain Lodge?" And she said yes. * After eight hours of driving I arrived at the Mountain Lodge area and it looked like a total ghost town. The place is very poorly lit, no signage, and I just drove around finding nothing. * I pulled out my original reservation email a

Don't be disouraged by other reviews. While pricey, the condo was very nice and very convenient for winter sports. We had a King 1 BR on floor C (top floor). It was the lowest price option offered between Mountain Lodge and Jackson Gore. Parking was included and convenient. No elevators, but we are mostly skiers / snowboarders and were able to walk up to it without issue. There is a roomy ski / snowboard locker (locked closet) next to front door into the unit. Yes, this is on the 3rd floor. Nice view of the lift area and mountain from living room and bedroom. Our young adult daughers found the queen sofabed comfortable enough to share. Condo was clean, quiet, and very convenient. We walked down to the corner for a very good meal at the tavern on night of arrival. I'm sure there a

Never staying here again. My boyfriend and I spent this past weekend up here. First off, the directions from the main lodge to our actual room in another building on the other side of the mountain were completely wrong. We spent an extra half hour driving in the dark trying to find the right place. Once we finally got to our room and settled in for the night, there was no cable, with a note on the main screen of the TV stating that there was an overdue balance. Not only was there no cable, but there also was no internet and no hot water. We made several calls to the front desk with our complaints with one employee telling us to “keep the water running for 10 minutes” in order to get hot water. After about 10 seconds of turning the faucet in the direction of hot water, it shut off. After we

We had a great stay at The Mountain Lodge at Okemo. It was nice to be so close to the ski lifts where we could easily get back to the room for lunch and breaks as needed. The rental shop was right outside our room which was very nice. We were so thankful for all the staff at the Jackson Gore Inn (where we checked in after hours for the Mountain Lodge at Okemo condos) as everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We especially wanted to thank Sharon R who went above and beyond anything we could have asked for to help us out during a difficult travel situation. Her hospitality and willingness to help accommodate us was such a blessing.

We wanted to get away for a brief ski weekend and we booked through the Okemo services at the Mountain Lodge. It is located right by the base of the mountain and the main lifts and services. Our condo is in the A building. I do not believe they should rent this unit. They have renovated the kitchen area and the bathroom but there are problems with the new spaces. The tiolet is not secured to the floor. The faucet in the kitchen sink is loose. The cabinets have drawers that won't close. Then they didnt renovate the rest of the unit and it is really tired and outdated. It does not look cared for and is really just so old it feels dirty. The hotel staff has been friendly and responsive. They are going to move us but this is really a bad start to what is supposed to be a fun weekend
