Solitude Village Owners

You're staying at a contracted out housing complex. If you've booked one of the condos for ski season, you have to check in at the Jackson Gore resort. I booked through American Airlines (Rocket Travel) and that wasn't specified in any communication. Upon arrival the community building was dark and locked so there was nowhere to check in. When I called American Airlines travel they put me on hold for 30 minutes and still weren't able to help because they didn't know who to contact. I had to call the (annoyed) executive director of the condo association to learn we had to go to Jackson Gore. Facilities were not quite as advertised in that we never were granted access to the gym or hot tub, but upon check out, told that we could have requested a key card to do so (too little too late). So convenient : ski closets, huge mud rooms, boots heater, lots of shelf space, and the cleanest lodging we have ever been on a Mountain/ski vacation ! Well equipped kitchen, all appliances worked perfectly, only the TV could be replaced in the unit we were in. Ski in/out is so great. Loved it

Very butiul and cozy it'd right next to the mountain BUT ski in ski out doesn't mean you won't walk
