Motel One Bartlesville

The room was not clean, even after a second cleaning when we arrived. The room phone, television, and hair dryer did not work. Staff fixed the television, but had to be asked three times to do it. Management were rude and surly, not helpful at all. Lights in stairwell did not function. Could not be sure that proper covid precautions were taken for guest safety. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the experience was not worth the budget price of the room. Corporate and the local health department should audit this property.

I found a dirty sock by the couch and a coffee cup lid by the nightstand. The refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave were not cleaned. A couple of the towels were dirty. It looks like they hired someone new for cleaning because it was much better the last time that I stayed here

absolutely terrible, keys didn’t work so we were in the cold for 30 minutes, staff is incredibly rude and found what appears to be feces on multiple places in the room, next to the tv, and phone, and sink and all around the toilet. the phones cord was cut and wouldn’t work, and when we asked for a new key the worker was incredibly rude and nasty, 0/10 do NOT stay here - i’m revising this a few days later, the clerk/owner confronted me about the review and told us we had to leave tomorrow morning, i told him that’s fine and we don’t care and he started saying something in his native language which i can only assume were curse words. also found a roach which if possible i will post a picture of

The rooms are okay the heat didn't work 😕😞 but we aren't a few for complaining about things

Air didn't work in first room moved me to another room and the air worked but the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on water coming out of the bathtub facet was yellow mold on the bathroom ceiling toilet was filthy. Not a good place to stay unless you have no other options.
