Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville

Great location, not a lot of parking. Lots of good food options within walking distance. Check in was super fast and she was very friendly. Was a little disappointed with the fact the curtains didn't close all the way and let a lot of light in with a pole light directly outside the window, the liner curtains were disintegrating. The bathroom had some rust going on and needed some minor maintenance. The beds were comfy, but for being a Hilton, I expected a little better.

My experience at this hotel was awful. I arrived around 10 PM after two flights to reach Oklahoma, completely exhausted. Despite having a valid reservation, we were not allowed to check in because they required the incidental deposit to be paid with a physical card. Unfortunately, we had forgotten our physical card in Kentucky, as we usually rely on digital cards through Apple Pay—something very common nowadays—and no one informed us in advance that a physical card was mandatory. We tried every possible solution: paying in cash, using a digital card, and even offering to provide all card details, but all were rejected. The hotel location is in the downtown with nearby places to eat dinner or to drink. Since I do not have a car, I prefer this location because i can move aroudn in the downtown to get stuff. |The breakfast is okay. The offer hot breakfast such as omelet which they cook upon your order. The greek yogurt is also nice. |They have a very small pool and a gym. The gym is nice. I also like it that they have self service laundry.|The downside here is they dont offer airport transfer. They are tied up with a taxi company to bring you to airport.|The room is very spacious but I will say that it is not so clean. I find dust and a small coackroach.

Positive: My shower head was completely clogged and when I asked for them to replace it, they did it right away! Highly impressed! I loved their Christmas decor! It felt very homey there! Negative: I don?t like the fact that we had to pay for the breakfast. It should be included like most hotels do.

Newer facility, very well maintained with good parking. Staff were invariably friendly and competent. The buffet breakfast was a bit limited, but the food quality was quite acceptable. Overall, a very nice place to spend an evening if you are in the area.
