Worst hotel experience ever. Room was filthy, old stained and scratched furniture, curtain would blow from the AC unit, bathroom was dilapidated, no breakfast, and charged $114/night for a 1-star hotel. Choice Hotels should be ashamed. PS. I could not find worst pic which was of the floor after wiping with a wet towel... it was black!

Tv did not work. No free breakfast. Website that a booked the room stated a free breakfast. The marquee sign at the hotel said free breakfast. Very hard to open door to my room. The shower water was Luke warm at the hottest setting.

Did you know there is a ring on the faucet to use a shower? I didn't. I also have issues with people being condescending and rude when I just wanted to point out an issue someone who doesn't travel often might have. 90 a night for roof is a bit rich. Have to add gnats coming from bathroom sink faucet and not a single hand towel replaced but they did take the trash.

The manager left a sign on the door that said “ be back 10-15min”. I waited 25. He said he had an emergency, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt…. So the next morning I went over to the office to get coffee…no lights on, no coffee made. Must’ve walked the manager up because it looked like he just got out of bed as he walked into the office from the back. So I said no coffee and he said I can make you some and I said never mind. This was 8:15 to 8:30. The next morning, I tried again and the same situation, no coffee, lights are still off, so I just left. Will never go back.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean, and smelled good. But a business can only do so much with old infrastructure. The shower was nice, and there were no problems with the sink or toilet. But the furniture was aged and tattered. The tv worked great and was easy to use. Price could have been about $20 cheaper for the total package. Especially for a Choice member. All in all a nice stay. Good luck in your business.
