Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bartlesville by IHG

My parents got a room here and my son had been coming and hanging out and swimming for the last 3 days with them. I went to go drop him off but my dad was in the hottub room without his phone and couldn't hear me or my son thru the window so i went and asked the front deck lady the one with blonde long hair if she could let me in and she said no but I understood that bc I wasnt staying there. So then I ask if she can go in there and let him know im there with shorty. At that point she told me no that in order to enter that room that she had to fully make a key card and explain why she's making this key card to her job.In order to get in there and she was not going to do that. Then at this point I ask her about my dad's safety. I ask her if he goes under.If she has to fully make that key c

We were in town for a swim meet- what we're looking for in a hotel is quiet, excellent shower with plenty of hot water, and a great breakfast. We got ALL of these things here Plus Excellent costumer service by all employees we encountered. Highly recommend!

Positive: Very nice with a hot tub that was hot and a heated pool. So often we get to a hotel with an ice cold pool. The complementary breakfast was awesome: ausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage links, pancakes. Negative: No. Everything was great.

The bathroom door in my room didn’t lock, when you opened the door to the room the wind forced the bathroom door open while someone is in there. The A/C would not stay on and it would make the room cool for a short time then it would turn off and the room would get warm. We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the E Save which I guess was causing it to turn off. the breakfast was great though.

Our room was nice. The cleaning staff was very thorough. The manager, however, made promises he didn’t keep. Upon arriving at the hotel, we learned that the pool was off limits. The pool was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay at this hotel. We asked the front desk why the website still said the pool was available, and were informed “The pool is fine. It’s the wall behind it that’s getting repaired.” If I can’t take my kids swimming in it, the pool isn’t available. We asked the manager if there would be any kind of compensation for the lack of a pool and were informed that we would receive a discounted rate for the remainder of our stay. This would equal a discount of about $100. At checkout, we were charged the full price. When asked about it, the front desk employee had no idea how
