Hotel Phillips

I stayed 3 days over Christmas 2025. No complaints about the room, bed, bathroom, etc. Everything was super clean, excellent. The kitchen facilities were top notch. The bed was extremely comfortable. I am mobility limited due to a bad back, and can walk on,y 20 feet or so without sitting down for a minute. I have an Arkansas handicapped sticker for my car. Boòking dot com told me that there was an outside entrance that i could access right next to my ground floor room, but my family was told i could not use that, and would have to park in a large area across the street from the front entrance to the hotel. I could not not walk that far across busy Johnstone Avenue even with my cane. I had to leave my car at my family's house and be dropped off at the front entrance morning and night. De

The room was clean and it had everything you need including a refrigerator and coffee maker with pods. The towels were nice and the bathroom was fine. The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the bed tended to sag in the middle making it a bit uncomfortable when sleeping. I was there in the weekend and there isn't an manager on duty. Instructions are left at the front desk. The outside door and room door are secured using a key pad. Overall I felt the hotel was safe and quiet.

This is the 2nd year we've come to visit kids and grandkids for Christmas and stayed at Hotel Phillips. It's very convenient, room to spend time with family, and a nice way to experience a piece of history. Highly recommend!

We slept like babies, the beds were so soft and comfortable, the room was very clean and comfortable.. nice amenities and security… had fun walking around the neighborhood and downtown, would love to stay here again.

Hotel Phillips is mostly apartments but they have a handful of Airbnbs on the first floor. Room was cozy and comfortable. Locals were kind and happy.
