Motel 6 Pismo Beach, CA

Had reservation, came to check in and immediately said the ac/heater not working. No discount and rude. Then went to the room where it obviously was not clean from previous guests. Called the front, they answered, and hung up. Do not recommend. Leaving immediately.

HAD A 2 NIGHT STAY..AFTER COMPLAINT ABOUT CLEANLINESS..I WAS NOT FULLY REFUNDED EVEN THO I LEFT A FEW HRS AFTER CHECK IN...THIS PLACE IS A "PETRI-DISH" ...LOOK BEHIND YOUR MATTRESS...LOOK IN THE SHOWER....OMG HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN TO THE PUBLIC??? NASSSSTY....go to the HAMPON...just $43 more with 200 more square CLEAN feet SPARKLING CLEAN big shower and amazzzzzing breakfast.....ur choice. ITS. 2 0 2 6....U DESERVE BETTER!!

Room was on a budget, was easy to find just off the highway and close to gas stations, fast food.||Checkin was a bit of a farce. We arrived around an hour earlier than check-in and whilst we didn't expect to have a room ready it would have bee good to take our details etc and process the normal suff. The receptionist was quite firm with us having to comeback and wouldn't let us use a restroom because they weren't for public use....despite being a guest an hour later after check-in! When we eventually came back to check-in and the queue was out of the door and took an hour to get through. Appreciate it was a busy weekend, but just have another staff member on to make it easier. Our room was classed as 'deluxe'. I spoke with the maintenance guy as aircon didn't seem to work and he confirmed

Positive: "" Negative: They told guests that air conditioning was not working, but did not give give discounts. They talked to us rudely when we were packing up and just missed 4 minutes of check out time. There were also no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

For as much as I paid, you would think, the mattress were a lot better. It was a ok stay, just an uncomfortable bed and a very small shower
