Kon Tiki Inn

Great place to stay, however they are closed for remodeling with no dates for reopening. You are asked to join an email list so they can notify you when they reopen. The last time we were in Pismo we had to stay somewhere else and we miss this inn. Hopefully their prices and service will remain the same after reopening, if they ever do reopen. All rooms are ocean front with great views. Pool is decent but seagulls, ducks and other birds are seen floating in it often. It is a no frills inn and the price is reflected as such and I hope they don’t change that. We also love that it is self-park with parking spaces that are very wide, as they should be for loading and unloading luggage. Open soon Kon Tiki! We miss you!

Can't say enough great things about this place. It feels like staying inside a time capsule. Super friendly staff, well maintained clean rooms. The whole property seems like from another era but preserved in an amber drop. Sincerely our newest favorite hotel. Did I forget to mention? The rooms all have terrific views.

Each room has a beachfront view. We just left our slider wide open and let the waves put us to sleep. If we got cold, the heater was turned up. This hotel is minutes away from everything in Pismo Beach, including a World Class Steakhouse, right next door. The free breakfast was amazing and saved us a small bundle. We would gladly stay here again.

I have been going to Pismo beach my whole life. This place is very clean and strict about things like smoking. They have a very nice continental breakfast. The prices are hands down the cheapest for ocean front room. All rooms are ocean front. There is a pool two hot tubs and beach access per steep stairs. There is a restaurant next door. It isn't fancy but it is spotless. You have a gorgeous view from any room. You have to plan in advance. They stay booked most of the time.

A family owned hotel. Every room has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Rooms are reasonably priced, clean, and roomy. They even have a noise restriction that after 10pm, if there is a loud party they are approached once with a warning. If this persists, you will be removed on the spot. Free parking, and access to a gym adjacent to the parking lot. Plus a great restaurant next to the Hotel. Have visited 3 different times before and will continue us to support this hotel
