Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa

This is our umpteenth time at the Dolphin Bay and it never disappoints! This place is the only true resort property on the central coast. The staff is so friendly and warm and the grounds are luxurious at peaceful and not glitzy. You feel the effect of the surroundings of nature more than the put ons of a four diamond resort. The rooms are actually large spacious condo-like units with full kitchens and a lot of them have fireplaces. The stay is glorious whether it's sunny and warm or with a stormy sea outside your room. This is a real treat for us because it is no small thing to drop a minimum of $500 a night for a non-ocean view room but when we can get away every couple of years or so for a few nights, we definitely find it worth every penny. This place is just beautiful. Rooms are always very clean. The view to the ocean is amazing. Plenty of lounging areas outside with bbq pits for your pleasure. Nice pool area as well. Nice walking paths & garden is always green & lush.

The rooms were so spacious, clean and comfortable. A wonderful place for families. Enough room to spread out and relax.|We met family from Northern California there. We enjoyed spending time together in their spacious 2 bedroom suite. Enough room for 19 ppl to gather for meals.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this resort for several days this November 2025 and love at first sight! I just like the friendly atmosphere aswell as playful decorations. It made me at ease at once specially with all the staff who are so friendly and approachable! We feel welcome right away! Our room is big enough for both of us and love that we have coffee maker at our room . The breakfast bar is taken care by amazingly industrious staff, like Ms Lei , cleaning and fixing things all the time, food is excellent and love the flowers on their hairs!! A special shoutout to Erica Krueger — she truly goes above and beyond every time. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone for the whole experience.
