Pismo Beach Club

We had a great stay at Pismo Beach Club. The location is excellent—just a quick walk to everything in town, which made getting around super easy. Parking was adequate, and the staff was accommodating with good communication throughout our stay. The room itself was nice and well decorated. While it wasn’t quite big enough for our family of three, it would definitely work well for couples or solo travelers. The place was clean, and although it’s a 100-year-old building, that’s part of its charm and character. Overall, it was a great value for the price and a perfect spot for a night or two.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We had an amazing stay at Pismo Beach Hotel! We booked the studio room, and it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were beautiful and newly renovated , everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The room came with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, tea, and even a full-size fridge with a freezer, which made our stay extra comfortable. The staff were incredibly responsive ,we could reach them anytime through a 24-hour chat right from our phones, which was super convenient. The lobby was gorgeous, parking was onsite, well-lit, and monitored (worth the small fee). The location couldn’t be better , just steps away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent three nights here over Thanksgiving and had a fantastic stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, and just a 3 to 5 minute walk to the Pismo Beach pier, restaurants, and shops. The amenities, including the coffee maker, fridge, countertop stove, and sofa pullout, made things very convenient for our family. Parking next door felt safe (we reserved in advance at $30 per night). Christopher was extremely responsive throughout, and we would be happy to stay here again on our next trip.

I stayed at this hotel for a week on a work trip earlier this month in November 2025. The hotel is well-equipped, but gives off a "cheap" vibe - for example the toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall in a pretty much brand new building. The accommodations themselves were fine, but the customer service is abysmal. They do not have any in person staff and you are only able to communicate with them via text message. They claim to have quick service, but it took DAYS with multiple follow ups to get them to respond about a refund that they still have not paid me back. They take zero accountability when there is an issue with your reservation/refunds/etc. and are not there to help if you actually have an issue.

My family and I booked a room for a night (2 adults, a toddler, and an infant). When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the room hadn’t been made. Booking was through AirBnB, but we could only get in touch with management through the phone here on Google. Long story short, they didn’t have a cleaner on site, or alternative accommodations. They offered full refund, which is the least they could do since we had to scramble to find a new accommodation last minute.
