Pismo Dunes Resort

Always a pleasure to visit Pismo Beach. Great views and local people. Tourists.....clean up your messes. We don't come to your trailer park or casa and leave our garage. So please show some respect.

This resort is for 55 and older residents.its very clean, very well kept, gated, and security cameras are located throughout the property. It borders the famous pismo beach , and it is a 5 minute walk to downtown Pismo Beach . It offers a clubhouse, pool, visitor parking, library, and it has a campground located across the street. My friend rents a nice 1 bedroom trailer there , and he really enjoys the resort. He says it is quiet at night, and the neighbors all seem to be friendly and very happy living there. after a 5 minute walk to the beach the sunsets are beautiful all Year long.

Office manager is polite friendly walked us through everything we needed to know about the place. The residents are all so very friendly the move was not hard it was very comforting good job Pismo dunes resort you're an awesome place for a seniors to go to

I live here (since Mar 2015). Gr8 place to retire. Clean complex, well-maintained, peaceful, quiet (gr8 to sleep), fun activities, across the street from the beach(!), wonderful weather! Am moving (#330) now to be with family.

Come here to visit my father in law. Very nice and quiet park. Facilities are a but dated but still kept well. No swimming pool, exercise room. Everyone seems friendly.
