Positive: Front desk staff were so welcoming, very accommodating. Housekeeping ladies were also so nice. Negative: The shower took almost 20 minutes to finally run hot water.

The room didn't have phone that worked at all. In some kind of health emergency that would be a big problem. Employees say that most of the rooms the phone don't work. There was no table or chairs in the room, that to me was strange. Only one set of electric outlets out of 5 worked. That was a problem. Management said, "thats how all motels are" wow! Definitely don't come here if you want to sleep past 9am because the maid staff will stand outside in the hallway and talk & talk & if you ask for quiet, they will do the same thing the next day I guess to repay you for being rude to them for waking them up. I have stayed at many Motel 6 up & down the western coast & this one is the worst. I feel this place could be great if it was ran by people in the hospitality industry, but the unprofess

Best customer service ever. Victor was the nicest most helpful concierge. Our room was perfect for our family & it was clean. Great location by the water & all the shops. Parking lot small but Victor made sure all his guests had a place to park. We will be back for our 3rd stay. 10/10 recommend :)

Very good customer service from David. He was very outgoing and friendly. Room was very nice too. Upon check out the boiling lady was very nice and helpful I didn't get to get her name.

So disappointed... When my friend said lets stay at Motel 6, I was very hesitant. For $125 per night and $100 deposit there were plenty of options that offered better amenities. The room was much smaller than expected and the furniture was very cheap and dated. I was glad the room was not painted orange. The Location was awesome, but the treatment by the staff was unacceptable. When I arrived they could not find my reservation which freaked me out as I just drove 3.5 hours. It turns out they put it in my friends name which made no sense since I paid for it and received the email confirmation in my name. The ice machine was broken and the bed spread looked dirty. I did bring my own sheets as there was a review about bugs, but the staff told me that issue was resolved. The tub had a ring aro
