Motel 6 Medford, OR

We stayed at Motel 6 in South Medford on Alba Drive and were blown away by Benny’s professionalism and warmth. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Whatever we needed, he handled it quickly and with a smile. He’s thorough, kind, and genuinely cares about guests. Benny has the perfect balance of being professional while still bringing humor and friendliness that makes you feel instantly at ease. It was so comforting knowing he was at the front desk, he really made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Motel 6 is lucky to have someone like him representing their brand!

Positive: Staff Negative: Bed mattresses have seen their days air vents need cleaning

Some of the staff are extremly Rude. They dont inquire if things are going alright or if you need anything. The only time you come in contact with staff is because They are hounding you for money like a loan shark or when you decide to check out they will stand outside your hotel room to make sure you are leaving. If you need extra linens then you have to bring your soiled linens down to the office to exchange them. There is no pride in being in the hospitality industry they just want your money and then you could die in that hotel room and nobody ŵould find you till the money ran out. Great place to stay when you need something cheap and quick other than that there are much better places to stay in the area and the differnce in price is negligible.

Room was exactly as expected. I booked a smoking, pet friendly room. The room smelled of smoke and dog, as expected, but it wasn’t overwhelming nor obnoxious. Tv was nice, and had Netflix available. Water pressure was phenomenal, and the vending machines were convenient near the lobby. Parking lot was safe and monitored closely. Nicolette was an absolute pleasure at the front desk. She was really kind, and punctual. Would recommend this motel as a stop along i5 to anyone looking for a cheap place to eep, shower and relax a bit.
