Motel 6 Louisville, KY - Airport - Fair Expo

We came down for the farm show looked at the rooms on line looked decent. Got here and very disappointed. The room smells, dirty, stained sheets with burn holes in them, bed is not comfortable,no coffee pot, cups, microwave. The floor is pealing up, dirt and hair in the corners. The doors are bent up and not sealed. The UPS planes flying over all night. Which nothing can be done with that. Probably will be looking into something else next year for sure

We were Given wrongful information from booking over the phone to showing up and getting told differently plus from my understanding being told a late checkout was okay on our last day just to be told no and had to pay more money just so my family wouldn't get kicked out while we waited for our car to come back, washer and dryers in the building are garbage 45 min drys to still have my clothes soaked after the fact as a female the area made me uncomfortable with some creepy comments from another resident. The clean staff Is pushy and has made me uncomfortable by screaming at me when bringing out trash when told I was okay with bringing it to the dumpster cause I was omw there anyways and than 2 different occasions of answering the door, 1 . Let's start with the positive:|*the front desk staff was very friendly and in fact, let us have an early check in with no problem or extra charge||* it is within walking distance to the fairgrounds and super close to the airport||*our bed was clean & our bathroom was clean||*It had the largest fridge I've seen in a hotel (more about this later though) ||* the room was fairly large and even had a table for two in it||* i appreciate that it had tile floors & did not have carpet in the room bc carpet in hotels grosses me out||What needs improvement:|* this room was in disrepair. There were massive cracks along the ceiling and gouges within the walls (pic included)||* the toilet seat was not the right size or shape for the toilet bowl, so I couldn't even sit down in order to use the restroom.(

Positive: Will tv & refrigerator in room Negative: No microwave in rooms that little to much . It don't make sense to even be there

If you're looking for a fancy place to lay your head down for the night then this place isn't for you. This place is by no means fancy and has no feeling of being in an upscale motel. This place just provides you with a room and a shower and a place to sleep for the night. It is clean and the people that work here are friendly and best of all they mind their own business. I know the cost of living has gone up but to be honest it's a little bit too expensive compared to what you get.
