Motel 6 Knoxville, TN - East

Super friendly staff. I wouldn't say clean rooms or at least the one I stayed in wasn't, far from it. Mostly everything worked as it should except the shower drain and definitely wasn't standing in that mess. Probably found 5 different kinds of hair all over the bed, nothing had been wiped off far as I could tell. They probably would have gave me a different room if I had of complained but thats not the person I like to be. All I can say is there is no place like home.

I stayed here for a night. The staff wasn’t exactly friendly, but they weren’t rude either; they just get the job done. One bed was clean, but the other had stains on the comforter. The bathroom was clean enough, and overall the place gets the job done for a short stay, but honestly, for the price, I can’t complain too much. Definitely value for money, but don’t expect anything fancy.

This was one of the most frustrating and concerning hotel experiences I have ever dealt with.||I booked directly with this Motel 6 and specifically confirmed that 18-year-olds were allowed to check in. My 19-year-old son and 16-year-old nephew then made a drive of more than 10 hours to the property.||When they arrived late at night, they were told without warning that the hotel was actually 21 and over, their reservation was canceled, and they would not be allowed to stay. No help was offered. No alternative accommodations were suggested. Two young travelers were simply turned away in an unfamiliar area.||When I called to address the issue, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful, refused to provide corporate contact information, and told me to “google it.” The lack of professionalis

I want a clean place to sleep and generally a fridge as I carry most meals with me. I don't care about the art on the wall or that the bedding is the latest hotel style. Regular remodeling reflects in what I have to pay! Shower was hot and showerhead high. Bed comfortable, room basically clean. Wear and tear. It could probably use a deep cleaning.
