Motel 6 Jonesboro, AR

We chose this property because we are traveling on a budget this trip. Service / Checkin friendly and efficient. ||Room / bed clean and comfortable for a super-economic motel. Great TV. somewhat out-dated, but well maintained. Sure you can find more refined motels, but most at X-3 the price. ||One Problem|There are no lamps in the room. Not a one! Bright overhead lighting, though.

As the cold weather approaches the heater in the room doesn't work. When turned on a smoke smell flows through the room and the smoke detector goes off. Also there hasn't been hot water to take a shower with for a week now. Very unpleasant stay lack of resources to be comfortable. We have to take cold showers just to get out to a cold room because the heater doesn't work. This all leads to breaker box electrician issues. I feel like my safety is at risk. I won't be stay here anymore or in the future stays as life goes on. Very horrible experience Also our shelf fell out of the wall with nothing on it, the office been notified but they refuse to fix it.

I love the people behind the desk. They’re always helpful and friendly! The rooms are always clean and comfortable.. Very convenient commute, just all around great.. Thanks Motel 6

husband n i stayed a night, room was descent but after took husband to work early in morning went back to room n key didn’t work so went to front desk have it fixed but went definitely than expected… first i was treated wrongly saying he cud only get room key like i was in prostitution and not his wife….then checkout is at 11 well at 10 3 different times housekeeping came then not even 1030 some new guest lady used her key to come into the room apparently it was now her room they moved her too so front desk a different lady said the computer said he checked out at 6 am this morning, i am like we had this argument earlier so she fixed my key i go back to room to gather our stuff when get there housekeeping is in the room along with the new guest all while our stuff is still not packed up or

Positive: Nothing it was terrible Negative: All of it. Terrible experience
