Courtyard by Marriott Jonesboro

Marriott is our go to when traveling. Courtyards are fairly consistent from property to property and this one was no exception. The front desk staffer greeted us with a friendly smile. We joked a bit and she took good care of us. It was a good nights rest.

Nice quiet room close to the job site. Beds are comfy and they have everything you could want in a hotel. Not that i have the time to use them nevertheless they are there. Wouldnt mind staying again if i needed too

Hotel was terribly understaffed- they couldn't accommodate guests at the restaurant, trash overflowing all weekend, no housekeeping services for my 3 days stay, and AGM had to do housekeeping services on a holiday so she charged a fraudulent cleaning fee. Don't stay here- book at the fairfield, they have a pool and I had family stay there that had zero issues. GM wasn't present all weekend- staffed was overwhelmed and offered a half baked apology- avoid this property- they don't maintain Marriot brand standards

Overall good stay. The front desk person was very nice and pleasant the night we arrived. Breakfast was chaotic and very slow (due to one person doing all the work on such a busy weekend). Rooms were nice and comfy, but cleanliness fell below what I’d thought to be Marriott’s standard. One room had a pair of socks from the prior guest and another room had pinkish/reddish stains in the shower.

I stayed for 10 days on a work trip and had a mostly great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with reliable wifi and a good workspace. Staff were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the Bistro for breakfast and liked the 24 hour fitness center. The location is convenient for business or leisure. One thing I would recommend is to check their AC units they are outdated and really loud, which made sleeping sometimes difficult during my stay.
