Comfort Suites Jonesboro University Area

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times. The most recent stay was March 2026. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is well stocked compared to other Comfort Suites I have stayed at. There was a selection of yogurt, hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit as well as the usual waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy etc. I have never tried the pool or used the exercise facilities. This is a one night stay for me while traveling from MI to TX. There are many restaurants nearby. I appreciate the filtered water dispenser near the elevator.

The lady that was working the night desk was amazing. She was so kind and helpful even when we had a problem with our room, she got it corrected quickly. The hotel was truly wheelchair accessible. The hotel was quiet, and peaceful breakfast was good and not overcrowded plenty of room to find a seat.

Had an overall good experience here, great price and had an indoor pool. Had a cold room at first, heater wasn't working well. We were switched to a warmer room right away. Pretty good free breakfast.

BED BUGS! We rented a jacuzzi room for a romantic evening. When pulling back the bed covers found a bedbug making its way to the pillows. We promptly vacated and reported w/ pictures. The desk person was sympathetic but said it was the manager's responsibility. NEVER heard from house management despite several attempts. Choice has offered "points" which will likely never be used. So you decide.... EDIT Interesting reply! Yes we were in the room, used the tub, and when removing the covers found the pest, which I smeared into the sheet. Also a snapshot was provided. We were not offered a different room and would not have accepted one. We DID NOT request a refund, which would seem the proper thing to do. Positive: This hotel is consistently great. We keep this as a favorite stopping place on our trips. Negative: The staff is great. Always thinking about the guests.
