I gave li Ed here for 2 years now and love it here its a very clean respectful neighbors and neighborhood I never seen or lived in a better place ms Joan the landlady is very nice she picky but if she wasn't this place would be like 90% of the other places trashy and nasty so I'm glad she is picky like she is it quiet around here even with the nea hospital right next to it I. Would suggest living here to anybody that ask she rents trailer or lots for camper trailers lock mailboxes all and all its great place

I love it here. Everyone is very nice and respectful to everyone. It like family, but alt guiter. And Ms. JoAnn is amazing, you can't find a better landlady.. She maybe picky about some things but every yard is clean and no junk or trash laying around. Seriously I just love her to deaf. She is definitely one of a kind Lady with a heart of gold, I don't believe there is anyone that can compare to her. Hertitage Hills Is the best park I ever seen.

Seems decent a loved one lives here so I visit often.

Very clean place. And very nice people.

Quiet neighborhood. Was somewhat impressed at the lack of riff raff. Visited a friend, all was good
