Comfort Inn Jonesboro Central

My room was very clean and service was excellent, but I’d recommend you bring your pistol with you. And keep it on you. A group of younger guys, probably teens since I’m not that old myself, was going through unlocked rooms all the way up to the 4th floor and I could tell they weren’t staying there when they sprinted away from the hotel on foot all the way past the nearby Cracker Barrel as I decided I wasn’t going to stay the rest of the night there. That however is not really the hotel’s fault.

Comfort Inn has become one of my go-to motels when traveling. Traveling through the area and needed a place to spend the night. We booked this one last minute online using their app and had no issues getting a room. Easy access from the interstate, close by eateries (walking distance). Room was roomy, comfortable beds and most importantly clean and well maintained.

Greeted with professionalism, smiling and accommodating to get us on the first floor. Ashley greeted us each time we passed the desk going in and out. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Parking lot very well lit, at least in front. Breakfast area, where food is, seems a little small but the breakfast lady was very nice and kept asking if we needed anything. We will stay there again when in Jonesboro. Thanks to everyone

This hotel was an excellent value. It was incredibly clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. Every staff staff member was friendly and beyond helpful. ||I got to the hotel much earlier than the normal check-in time, and the man working the reception was able to get a room for me, which I greatly appreciated. Ann in the breakfast area went out of her way to make sure guests had what they needed.||They have coffee, tea, and lemon-infused water available all day. They also had a bowl of fruit at the reception available for the guests.||This hotel gets high marks.

This review is long overdue! I've stayed at this hotel many times since it was opened and can say that the service and quality have been consistent! It is WELL maintained and clean at every visit! Walking into the lobby, it just smells clean and looks so inviting! The staff is always pleasant and helpful! This will continue to be our top choice for price and quality!!!
