Motel 6 Everett, WA - South

My name is Hale. I stayed at this Motel 6 in August and again this month, and I want to recognize James, the General Manager, for his exceptional service. He has always been accommodating, straightforward, and honest, which we deeply appreciate.||||James is dedicated to ensuring every guest has a great experience, and the one time there was a minor issue, he handled it immediately and thoroughly. Thanks to his leadership and his excellent staff, we feel confident and comfortable staying here and will definitely return. Motel 6 is lucky to have someone like James running this location.

I have been staying at this motel for about a week and the morning manager Christina is absolutely amazing. She has been absolutely amazing anytime I needed her help with anything at all. If I could give her more stars I would. She is very personable and understanding and there any given situation that comes up. Thank you Christina for making our stay stress free!

Positive: That it wasn't as bad as people spoke of it. It's been pleasant. Negative: Alot of bad traffic through here, but still it was nice. The staff, especially the gal that works the 6 am shift. Wonderful. And the all night gal.great.

The receptionist are always friendly, kind, and helpful. The rooms are really dirty The housekeepers dont speak English very good and does not do a good job on cleaning the rooms at all. There is always a lot of people in the parking lot and laundry room smoking and dealing drugs. They need to shut this motel down or get better management that actually cares about the community and people's well-being. Favoritism shouldn't be allowed and that's all you see there.

This is a 5 star review, but it's not for the room, nor the company itself, but solely for Jeanette, and the customer service she provided for my family late last night (11/16/2025) We are in the midst of leaving a very toxic and moldy apartment rental, and my husband booked us a room for a week here, not realizing it wasn't the greatest "family friendly" location. We spoke with Jeanette, who was absolutely amazing! Her level of customer service and understanding is something you don't find very often in today's society. She's a rare gem, and I really hope the company treats her right and realizes what a valuable asset she is. Jeanette, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you a million times over. Myself, my husband, and our daughter are forever grateful. 🙏🙏
