Motel 6 Denton, TX - UNT

Worst motel experience ever. They gave me a basic room with a broken heater and a door that was warped and didn't fully close. I was told I could only move rooms if they couldnt get heater fixed. It was fixed, door was not. was upset that my room didn't have any appliances. 4 days into my week long stay for work I realized my receipt said I paid for a deluxe room that had a microwave/fridge, and they had given me a bare bones basic room. Front desk wouldn't move me without manager, I had to leave work to come back and meet with manager. I moved out of room but he said my new room was not ready, I could get key later when room was ready. Since as far as I knew I was now checked out of my old room I had no where to try to get some sleep between work shifts, so took a nap in a parking lot. Re

The front desk person couldn’t have more rude, he seemed to think he was doin me the favor by having a room, try talking to him through the glass with loud ass come machines right behind you, and when u say u can’t understand him he uses hand singles to go away !! Was just looking for a clean room to sleep, walked in to the last guys food wrappers still in room, and dead bugs all overt the place even had a dead spider in the shower, spider webs all over the place it’s 90 at midnight in Tx and the room is 88 ac is just a fan that doesn’t do diddly !! All the do is change the sheets here if even that !! Don’t waste ur time !! Complete and utter waste of money !!

Needed a late night stay for a few hours sleep.. It's what you should expect at this price point. No frills, but suitable for a night.. Staff made check in quick in easy, which was nice, arriving very late. Highway noise is real here..

Positive: "" Negative: No hot water had to take cold showers. It took forever for someone to come to the check-in desk upon check in. And the room was not that clean. I asked about a refund or discount at checkout due to no hot water and still have not heard back.

They got me in quick me and my daughter and I’m grateful. My room was clean the tv was new I was in room 214. I had a lot of stuff and I was by myself so when it was time to leave they didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was being kicked out I politely told housekeeping I was packing up and she said okay and went on her way. I checked in at the middle of the night trying to stay warm with my kiddo and they helped me.
