Motel 6 Dayton, OH

The staff is amazing especially Kayla! She stands on business when something needs to be done, I’ve been here about 2 months . I’ve never had any problems. Rooms are spacious, really friendly, pet friendly. They have the best prices . Smoking rooms . Only down fall pool is closed. But there is so much more to do while being here. Would recommend if needing a quick and affordable place to stay. Also great location for a great family time! The surroundings make it feel peaceful and relaxing! You never have to worry here, if there is an issue let office know and they will always try to go above and beyond!

The atmosphere here is great. The staff is so helpful at check in especially Kayla and checking out is a breeze. At night time if my insomnia was keeping me up Sebastian was fun to talk too. My room was clean and beds are comfortable as can be. The water is perfect for hot showers.

Positive: TV channel choices/decent room. Negative: Tired Truck Driver delivered/couldn't sleep until 3pm check in time-14 hours later.

I booked a last-minute room due to severe weather, relying on the positive reviews online. Unfortunately, the actual room conditions were unacceptable. There was excessive caulking around the door frame, electrical plate, and even holding the lock in place. A large section of the door frame was torn from the wall, parts of the ceiling were unfinished drywall, and the baseboards were coming off. The doors and frames were filthy, there were crayon marks on the walls, and a used bar of soap was left in the shower.||The worst part was discovering cockroaches in the room. We immediately left.||When I requested a refund, the manager refused, and Hopper also declined to offer any assistance or compensation.||Overall, the room was unsafe, unsanitary, and not reflective of what was advertised. The elevator didn't work.The place had garbage all around it.There was no heat in any of the rooms.So for the office room, the t v didn't work.There was a lot of problems in this hotel.I don't even know why it still exist.I would not go there if I were you.You will be very disappointed.The manager don't care about the property, nor did the mainness 👨 there were people living there that probably had problems with their own home living situation. Which means that it was basically for homeless people, not people coming from out of town. They lied to you to get you there. But once you get there, you are totally disgusted and disappointed, I knew I was, I wouldn't recommend this place to no one, you had to go all the way down to the office to warm up food that didn't even have microwaves or ref
