Motel 6 Conyers, GA

Positive: "" Negative: I woke up to bugs on the bed the middle of the night on my last night there. The manager said if staying for a week you should switch rooms every 2-3 days!?! Never said anything to me on check in and no sign stating that. I took pictures of the bugs.

In my one night stay here I saw multiple roaches including on the bed, on the towels and on the counters. Floors, surfaces and bedding did not seem clean whatsoever. I spoke with the office and requested even a partial refund as I would not be staying for the remainder of the time I booked and was denied any solution. I returned my card early and left with no resolve, extremely unacceptable customer service.

Arrived late and checked in. Room was on the backside of the hotel and when I went to my room, the door was open and there was someone sitting outside it in the curb and someone inside the room. I went back to tell the desk clerk and he immediately went to check and called the police. He apologized and said that was the first time that had happened and gave me the room next door to that one. When I finally got my luggage unloaded and inside the room I closed the door and went to lock it, but, there was no lock. The doors secondary lock was completely missing and the chain lock, which was u shaped instead of a chain was hanging by a thread and when I flipped it over it fell off in my hand. You could tell the door had been kicked in numerous times from the dents and broken / missing hardware

Motel 6 will take your belongings and money. The outside look as though a sewage foundation. In the inside is out dated appliances. Also it is a breading area for dust and insects. The inside has poor ventilation system. Mold and mildew can form. The laundry room is terrible. The wash machines are not in good condition. The price of the room increased every four months to $50. I will not recommend any family to stay there with children because you will not survive on the price increases.Be aware and careful.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was cold and completely unaccommodating. I arrived late due to a delayed flight, having to rent a car, and an urgent visit to my uncle in the intensive care unit. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel refused to let me check in unless I paid for an entirely new reservation. There was no empathy, flexibility, or effort to help in a very stressful moment. I would not recommend this hotel based on how guests are treated when circumstances are beyond their control.
