Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Conyers

Positive: "" Negative: Left items in room. Brother and wife left day after me. He asked someone to check my room. FD said they had no housekeeping since a holiday and no one else to check room. Pretty sure I will never see my belongings.

I booked a room from a third party vendor during a snow storm. As I walked in the building the front desk person had the worst attitude. She tells me her system is down and nothing she can do so she sends me back into the winter storm with no shelter.. she did nothing to try to help me. When I called to see if the system was back up she was very rude on the phone. She eventually stopped answering the phone. I had to get another room for the evening…. Even though they threw me out in freezing cold they still won’t approve my refund… I get a lot of bad service but this has to be some of the most inhumane stuff I have seen in a while. I’m sure a stray dog would get better treatment than I got that day. I have been a bonvoy member for years and this experience is encouragement to stop staying

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Conyers from July 4-6, 2025. This hotel is not a good hotel to stay at. We were in our room watching tv and this big bug came out from behind the bedroom door. I don’t know what kind of bug it was but it was about 2 inches long. We called the front desk and all they did was clean up the dead bug and told us we could talk to a supervisor the next day when we checked out. When we checked out their was not a supervisor on duty for us to talk to about the bug situation in our room. We were given a phone number to call so we could talk to someone about the issue we had with our room. As it turned out we were told they could not do anything for us.

I was trying to find a hotel for a relaxing staycation. I originally had my eye on the Country Inn suites but got lost and ended up at this hotel. Long story short I decided to stay here since I was already in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She told me that the cost for two nights was $170. However she didn't say that it was $170 per night. So altogether I ended up spending $330 for two nights. I then found out that they didn't offer free breakfast, you have to pay to eat here. The rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor didn't include microwaves. The plugs near both night stands did not work and my thermostat in my room didn't work either. I can definitely say.... for the price I paid, I could've stayed downtown with a nice view and a nice mic

Loved the location, great for staycation. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. There were issues with cleanliness, old bathroom showerhead and no hot water in our room. The staff addressed it immediately and we were movr to a different room which also had its own issues. Respectfully I wouldn't visit again to be fair it may have just been bad weekend.
