Comfort Inn Conyers

I've got back problems lately, so I reserved the accessibility king. The hotel needs to consult someone in a wheelchair how the bathroom needs fixing. The toilet: there is a wooden towel shelf basically next to the toilet and the ADA compliant rails means any time I want to sit there, I'm banging on the sharp edges of the wooden wall shelf. The tub: is a complete failure. It might be slightly wider than normal tubs but it has grab rails pointing inward where your knees go if you want a bath. The outer one is floppy & loose, so I didn't trust it. Additionally, the wall rail was also loose, making it difficult to trust it. End result: the tub was so difficult to get out of, I almost needed assistance because of how awkard the assistance aids are. Also, no stopper provided for the tub, so

Our initial check in was quite pleasant. However, upon entering the room, my husband hit his leg on the metal frame of the bed and tore the skin badly. Apparently the mattress and box spring had been knocked off the frame, leaving it exposed about 3 inches. Unfortunately I was busy trying to stop the bleeding (It was profuse as your housekeeping staff can attest.) and did not take a photo of what the frame looked like at the time. We were on the first floor so it was easy for the desk clerk to come see the problem. She apologized and put us in another room. She did not offer to compensate us in any way. Stayed here on 11/14/25. Ladies at the front desk were super friendly. The room had some minor wear and tear, but on the cleaner side of Comfort Inns I’ve stayed in. It was a little noisy around the building, but that can be unpredictable. I would stay here again if I needed to!

Because you took my deposit out of my account when I didn’t do any damage to my hotel room. You didn’t put a hold on my account literally took the deposit out of my account as soon as I checked out.. which has never happened to me in other hotels.. the other hotels I stayed in before just put a hold on account and my deposit has returned in the next day or two, but not the comfort inn establishment took my money with no damages and it’s been five days and still no refund, unacceptable. As advertised you guys have breakfast 6am-10am I got there exactly at 9am and there was no breakfast.. I'm will never stay at another comfort inn establishment again.
