WoodSpring Suites Atlanta Conyers

I'll just get straight to the point. Upon our arrival there was alot of dog shit on the sidewalk in front of the building. The staff we encountered was not the friendliest. The room does not look as shown in pictures so FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! When we booked we had no idea we would be sharing a room with other guests. The room is infested with roaches, they are EVERYWHERE even in the fridge!!! They have a little countertop burner but no pots, pans, spoons, nothing so you have to bring your own. We had to clean and disinfect ourselves just to feel a little comfortable staying here. Oh speaking on comfort, the beds are not. Worst sleep ever. It's crazy noisy in there as well. The best random stay I’ve had in a while. The staff was very accommodating. I will definitely visit again. It felt like a home away from home. My ac went we out in the middle of the day and I called Woodsprings suites Conyers and they were able to assist me!!!

The hotel was quiet enough, but the other guests were a slight cause of concern for my wife and I. When we went to check in, we had to go through electronically locked doors to get to the front desk. That shows the neighborhood is not the safest area of town. Second, the night clerk had her 3 kids hanging out in the small lobby for the evening. No where for guests to sit down. Outside, some guys were vaping, drinking beer and cussing loudly while my wife and I unloaded our luggage. We didn’t feel safe and we haven’t even made it to our room yet. Once in the room, there was a big patch on the wall by the bathroom door and it wasn’t even painted yet. There were other spots on the walls that had been touched up with paint, but it wasn’t even the same color as the rest of the room. Once we fin

Convenient, Safe, Warm, Friendly front desk and housekeeping. Quiet for the most part. Hot shower water and replenish on clean white towels daily. When it’s considered more like a condo than an extended stay you’ll appreciate the all inclusive utilities. Fair pricing.. Bedding is comfortable, and clean, no lingering smells, heating unit works great for the frosty 🥶 weather. The outside and halls lighting to watch out for surroundings is pretty good too! 😊

Although the facility is located in an ideal area. I would not recommend. I first reserved through a third-party, which I advised is your best bet. Property management nasty, unprofessional, lies and has no business integrity. You can look professional but it's not the same when you really don't have the chops. I will not to return!! Also desk inside room only big enough for a laptop, no extras!! They are use to NOT having quality customers. Sad, because the hotel is nice.
