AJ and the rest of the staff were nice and ensure that you had everything for your stay. I enjoyed my getaway at this location. Will definitely book again. The room was clean and had everything needed. Comfort temperature level, nice quality of bedding and perfect location within the city.

They switched us from a 2nd story to first at our request. Very nice people, we were in room 119, the door was propped open and the old sheets were still in the room. Seems we caught the room just as they got done cleaning it. The foot stool has a broken foot, front desk notified, they offered to give us a different room. We stayed in the room, it was fine. Breakfast was hot and tasty, the oranges were a bit past their prime, but that's ok. Employee were very friendly and room was very quite

Positive: Breakfast was great. The staff was pleasant. The room was comfortable. Negative: Hair all over the bathroom in my room. Looked clean when I walked in, but while dressing and showering I began to notice hair all over the floor, walls, and in the shower. It was not cleaned properly. I would have given this hotel a 10 had it been clean.

The only thing I can say about this place is the staff lies to we checked in 2 to 3 minutes early the guy behind the counter told me he would not charge me the $50 early check in fee this people was a lie. My thing is if you lie to me about not charging me the $50 check in fee honor it or be upfront and honest and say I'm going to charge you $50 for checking in early. Because I come back to Alabama with receipt that says a total different price then what y'all took out of my credit card. This ain't right this place is a joke and a rip off I do not trust or recommend this hotel stay clear of this place. My personal opinion.

Great, clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was OK but can’t expect much when it’s included in the price of the stay. Overall, really great hotel for a stop off on our road trip.
