Motel 6 Conway, AR

Well it's not a Motel 6 Anymore its The Wyndam motel so don't book online because when you arrive your deposit from reserving the room will not be returned and if you want the comfort of a a nice cozy comforter forget that because you're going to get two sheets and a thin fleece blanket between them. The Ac wasn't working had to have the lobby lady flip the breaker for us cause the place is under construction, so if you love the smell of industrial paint and saw dust you'll love it. But the lobby lady with the awesome ear rings was amazing help I liked her

Positive: The AC worked and was a roof over my head on a very hot day. Negative: No work out room in service, no pool to use ever though shown, rooms were non smoking but smelled like smoke, things missing off the walls, no breakfast, no coffee, no toilets all had to be purchased extra at the front desk. The beds and pillows no good.

Pet rooms are on the third floor.. Room definitely needs to be updated carpet was not clean the curtains were old the bedding was not good.. it's a shame that just because you have a pet they don't updated rooms... I can say I've stayed in quite a few Motel 6s and I never had a third floor my room was always clean and updated. This was the first then I had to go out to the car and get my pet out of the car so the hotel attendant could see her that was also a first...

The room was nice, big comfortable bed, big clean bathroom. A bit of a mildew smell that comes along with older buildings. The elevator is a bit un- nerving. The biggest problem I had was with check out. We travel everywhere, have stayed at many Motel 6, it's our hotel of choice. Never once in all those stays, have I been told we could not check out until somebody checked our room. Check out room for what, to count towels, check for damage? We are seniors, I personally tidy up rooms before we leave. I found it a bit rude. There should be some guidelines . My daughter just moved to Conway, I was planning for this to be my motel of choice while visiting. I feel I can find a hotel where the staff doesn't say " go put your bags in the car, we can't let you check out till we check your room"!

Absolutely filthy. Overflowing trash everywhere. Room air vent filthy and rusty. Both Night stand’s cabling access holes used for trash. Moldy food in night stand. We canceled immediately. Remember this truth. You get what you pay for.
