Motel 6 Columbus, GA - Downtown

Dirty. Noisy. Terrible pillows and sheets feel like sandpaper. Noisy plastic water proof mattress liner. Bathroom floor is gross. Toilet seat is broken. They state pets stay free- they do NOT. Charged a $100 pet fee

Apparently because we missed a visit from room service we have to wait an entire week to get our linens replaced. The front desk lady is unreasonable and has a bad habit of making it her business to punish the people staying in her location. It's franchised owned so they do whatever they want without fear of being reported to corporate. No stars.

very disappointed! was unable to access our original room and then was ‘banned’ for smoking despite booking a “smoking room”.. wasted $75 for a bed with bedbugs!! Also forbidden areas NEED TO BE POSTED ON SIGNAGE!

Positive: Employees were very kind and understanding Negative: Lack of a ?do not disturb? sign for when resting and a lack of room service. I found it easier to buy my own towels than having to ask them for new ones every time i needed (make sure to tuck the shower curtain correctly or else you?ll soak the floors)

A place to sleep. I ended up in a very large (smoking) suite, which is probably my fault. When I explained the miscommunication, I was told nothing could be done. Perfect location. Just minutes from downtown Columbus.
