Motel 6 Coeur D'Alene, ID

CDA Motel 6 is in a nice part of town near restaurants and stores. The rooms are simple and clean and comfortable. We return there every year and are always satisfied. Very friendly staff who remember us each time we visit. Would recommend.

This place is a very nice motley 6 better one that we’ve stayed at. Thank you for the nice upgrades. Both lady’s I didn’t get their names but were very kind. We stayed February 24th to the morning of the 25th 2026 the lady who checked us in was able to fix our reservation as when we made it put us in a handicap room witch the third party online put us and we didn’t realize it lol. If this helps get the employees the recognization they need. The only thing I could complain about is the hot water seems like it has to pull it from 5 miles away hahaha turn it on and wait 15 min for hot water.

Good place to stay. They don’t have many rooms with a tub. A lot of the rooms don’t have fridge or microwave. We did ask for one but keep getting rooms without. Would love it more if we would keep food. I like the tub too but not a big deal honestly. It’s a good place, price is alright. It’s just alright, a place to stay that works and is fairly clean, haven’t had issues staying here, working with what I can afford and worth the stay than being out in the elements. Dogs are welcome, my dogs have a home to stay so they don’t come with me unless to visit, but they are pet friendly. So far, fairly alright with service and rooms for the price, don’t expect bougie.

Two thumbs-downs for Letty. He is the heavy-set old hispanic guy who works at the desk and needs to be replaced with someone who deserves to be there. My car breaks down in their mostly-empty parking lot at 6:05pm. I had just brought food to one of his residents. It's dark, cold, and raining out. The only way I can make it run is in reverse, so I frantically reverse into an empty spot as I try to contact a mechanic. Not 5 minutes passes and Letty is pestering me at my door. He asks my room number, and I explain I'm not staying here. My car just broke down. So he makes a point to tell me that the 4 empty spots in front of the door (1 of which I was parked in) were for employee parking only, and I can't park there. I limp my car to another parking spot.
