Motel 6 Campbell, CA - San Jose

I would like to thank Nancy for always having a smile on her face and for providing me with the outstanding customer service every single time I stay at the Campbell location. I had an issue with the Motel 6 app and somehow it showed that I booked the reservation when I didn't ( I don't know how that happened) and after going back and forth with the customer service ( service was very unpleasant, frustrating and they didn't resolve anything after calling multiple times and speaking with four different agents) I was told to call the motel 6 directly at the Campbell location and thank God Nancy was there and she was able to fix the mistake right away and provide me with amazing customer service. Completely renovated - very trendy! Nice hardwood flooring. Super clean and room smelled great.|| Raj was attending the front desk and he was awesome - super courteous, friendly and responsive - I was impressed! He even helped me carry my luggage up - he offered which was so nice. ||- Even though you are close to the main road - i can’t hear the traffic at all. They seem to have a fairly new a/c heater system which is soothing like a noise diffuser and there is no outside sound. ||||Nice Starbucks across the street. ||||Great affordable place to stay compared to some of the other places.

Hey I really like staying here I never get issues and that says a lot given it's a motel in San jose. I really appreciate the staff and the rooms are ALWAYS clean l.

Talk at the reception to indicate that the floor had enough water to dry it, and nobody was a bad service.
