Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Campbell

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. When I checked in and got to my room, I discovered that the bedding was damp and felt like it hadn’t been properly changed. It seemed as though the sheets were only steamed instead of being replaced. This raised serious hygiene concerns and made it very uncomfortable to sleep.||I immediately contacted the front desk, but the response was not very helpful or reassuring. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and this experience definitely fell short of expectations. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their housekeeping standards.

Positive: The decor was nice. Negative: On the second day of our stay, there was no hot water for the shower. Our primary reason for staying here was the hot tub at the pool, which was out of service the entire time we were there. Staff was unaware and then unhelpful.

Great Wedding Weekend! Our daughter just got married and we had a guest block of rooms, rehearsal dinner room rental, bar services and suite rental for the bride and groom at the Courtyard Marriott in Campbell..Daniel, the agent who sold us on the site was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel mostly serves business travelers during the week but is more accessible for special events on weekends. We were able to get a weekend block rate that was affordable for our daughter’s friends and the room rate for the rehearsal dinner also fell within our budget. The rooms were clean & nice - our guests were comfortable. The suite was large enough to fit 10 ladies and a stylist for hair & make-up. Work traveler. Decent hotel but nothing fancy. WiFi absolutely sucks, with getting any work done impossible. Rooms are very basic but AC works great. First night shower took 10 mins to get hot but after that everything is fine. Currently being renovated so window view was covered with plastic. $15 a day for parking. Staff friendly.

After a long day at work all one wants is to get home and relax! I have been coming to this hotel for well over 2 years now and consider it home. I have to say it never fails to keep me comfortable. The staff are great, Gio is my main go to guy at the front desk and his GM Jorge is the GOAT. Thank you both and the rest of the staff for always going above and beyond to keep the cliental happy!
