Motel 6 Augusta, GA - Fort Gordon

The rooms are comfy. The location is nice, making most things accessible. I appreciate Precious for being a friendly face with great service. Overall, I enjoy my stay here.

Positive: The location. Being able to shop and variety of restaurants. Negative: The floors were filthy. I spilled water, once I cleaned up the towel was black. I requested a non-smoking room but staff failed to provide my request. The shower floor needs to be redone. Staff failed to attend to the bathroom sink being clogged.

I love it here. Great customer service by managers and housekeepers. Very professional and always have what I need for my room when needed. Every one has a nice attitude and i sleep very well at night no noise or non of that. I love my room and especially my bed lol. I would recommend this place to anyone. I been her for months never had a problem.

Avoid this place like the plague. Dead bugs in the rooms, drug deals in the parking lots and good luck getting your room/pet deposit back. On day six after my stay I had to contact corporate because NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Still no deposit back and being told I'll need to wait another 5 days. Although the staff were friendly they aren't doing their jobs properly. 100% unpleasant experience.
