Morgan Hotel

Preface- stayed here in December for work. Did not come for the beach During the summer I can see how this location in proximity to the beach and amenities would be ideal. Especially being right next to the brewery. The hotel however has no parking and that could be a major downfall if you have luggage. Especially when considering the steep narrow stairway. An important thing to note too is the hotel is not regularly staffed and you need to text if you need something. I lucked out that someone was there when I arrived because I never got a text to get a key. My room was on the top top floor and it was FREEZING- 4 windows made it very drafty and it was very very noisy. I was promptly woken at 6am by trucks and noise. For the money I'd expected something more. Thought this was a Motel 6. Carpet tape residue left on the floor, could've put SOME effort in dressing the cables for the TV, and a bigger fridge would've been nice to store leftovers, beer, water, etc.etc. Black out curtains too cause the whole room was lite up at night from outdoor lighting.

Great hotel, just a short walk from Oak Bluffs Ferry. Easy check-in with electronic code, friendly staff, and a free upgrade to a suite. Clean room, nice atmosphere, and a lovely veranda. Highly recommend!

The Morgan Hotel was a quick and easy walk from Oak Bluff Ferry. We rec’ text alert and electronic key access link re’ availability of room check in at noon! Upon arrival greeted by staff. We also rec’ a complimentary room upgrade to a suite which was another great surprise. Staff were super nice, the exterior electronic hotel access can feel intimidating to some but they also offer a simple 4 digit key code. Really EZ. We tried the pub and Italian restaurants located on either side. Highly recommend both. We hope to try this properties other locations. Really clean, nice vibe and porch was great spot for starting and ending the day.

This hotel is a real vibe. The staff is totally amazing. The customer service is totally amazing. We have no complaints about anything except the cleanliness could be a little better when it comes to finding stray hairs in the linen. We brought our own sheets. Also, the bed is a canopy and the TV is positioned in the corner so there is really no clear view of the TV. That really isn’t a dealbreaker because when you come to Oak Bluff, you really aren’t in the room that much.
