Monte Carlo Boardwalk Hotel

Everyone at the Monte Carlo was so accommodating, from helping with check in, VIP parking, and ensuring that we had plenty of towels and necessities in the room. My husband at the last minute was able to stay an extra day with our daughters, when I had to return home for the holiday and we didn’t even have to change rooms! We recommend this hotel.

We had a reservation for Thanksgiving night for an ocean front room, less than 24 hours before our check in they called and canceled our reservation saying that they were not going to open the hotel because they did not have many reservations and they moved us to another hotel. Of course they put us in a hotel without an ocean front view yet they did not refund anything. We will not stay in this hotel again, the rooms seemed to be getting dirtier each year we have stayed anyway

We are truly looking forward to a wonderful family vacation. Called to confirm our booking with Yasim. He was pleasant and helpful. I asked about the refrigerator space as we have food allergies and need to bring some of our own food. He was able to put a note in to fulfill my requests as this is our first time staying at this property. More to come- stay tuned!

Truly the best location where it was close to everything there was to offer on boardwalk and a few foot steps from beach! We had a stunning view on our corner balcony facing the pier where we spent a lot of time relaxing on it most of our trip. We also loved the rooftop pool and its incredible views of both the ocean and bay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating but wish room service could have come in more often and not just by request. Our ceiling had lots of stains on it but the rest of the room felt pretty clean. I would stay here again.

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. We recently booked to stay at the Monte Carlo boardwalk. When we checked in it was fine, rather small but possibly doable. When we went to the room it was vile. There was hair in the sheets and towels. The sheets were stained and the drawers were broken. We asked to change rooms and we were able to do so. Again the sheets had hair all In them and were dirty . We had to leave and find another hotel. We asked to speak with a manager prior to leaving and was told he was busy. I was assured my money would be refunded and the manager would call me the following day. I waited until 5pm and no call from the manager. I called and was told the manager saw my note but was “so busy” and had no time to call. I was assured the manager would call me
