Mohican Motel

This motel was great!! I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was also surprised that I was able to watch my streaming services on the TV. For an older motel, the place is nicely maintained. My room was clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable, and the shower was really nice. The price to stay here is a steal when you consider how centrally located it is. I would definitely stay here again.

😊: It was a older property. We had a king size bed room, very spacious. Location was great. Easy check in. Bed comfy. Had fridge, tv, coffee maker, space heater. Very good value for money.. 😢: Everything older and very well lived in. Could use some updating, especially the bathroom..

Positive: The Mohican Motel is a clean, well-kept, Schitt’s Creek Motor Lodge.It is within walking distance of the Baseball hall of Fame, a bakery, many restaurants, ice cream, and baseball shops in downtown Cooperstown, and Otsego Lake Negative: The room was small.

This place is perfect. Centrally located making it simple to get to town restaurants and shops,baseball fields, and lake in a short walk or awesome bike ride. The rooms are clean, the bed is huge and comfortable and the deer wandering the property feet from residents were pretty cool. Stacey at check in was incredibly informative and friendly. I will stay here every trip to Cooperstown…

For some reason, my review of another motel was put under this place. I was very happy with our room here. Rooms smell a bit musty, but the smell goes away. Great location. We couldn't adjust our check-in time, which was a bit inconvenient, but we made the best out of the 3 hours before check-in. The beds are very soft and have a topper on it that sucks you in. So if you want a hard bed, this place doesn't have it. There is a large step to get up into the room. They had plenty of hot water.
