Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Durham Airport

Great little hotel, very clean, smells great, well located (only like 5 mins from the airport) & has all the amenities you’ll need for a pleasant stay. That being said, be aware that the noise from the planes is constant and you’ll hear everything your neighbors do. But it’s great for staying a couple of nights. The check-in process was super quick (done a pre-check in online so I only had to sign a paper at the location) and so as the check-out (just turned in the key). Literally a problem-free visit. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Pros: the room seemed fairly cleaned and had the basic amenities you would need. That being said, let’s move on to the negative experience and treatment me and my friend received there. First, my friend checks us in to our room. The receptionist reads out our room number twice, with other people currently in the lobby as well. We get onto the elevator and a man quickly makes his way inside with us. The man is very pushy and starts make very inappropriate remarks. After we get off the elevator he gets off with us. No luggage, but maybe he had already checked in. My friend and I are already on high alert since he got on and exited the elevator with us and was still talking to us and making inappropriate remarks (such as comments about asking if we wanted to partake in some illegal substanc

My experience was perfect. No muss no fuss. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and everyone on staff was kind and helpful. My stay was for one night and the front desk scheduled my shuttle timed perfectly for the next leg of my flight. Thank you!

Hot breakfast???? Waffles ,yogurt and apple juice I would have saved my money and booked somewhere else if I knew it had limited breakfast. orange juice didnt work lock on my room didn’t work and they didn’t care also last day of my stay I asked for new towels and was told you only get towels every 3 days??????? Where is that posted nowhere so yea never again.

We booked it in through a 3rd-party app. We were in a big group so we booked 2 rooms. They were comfortable and clean with better ambiance than most (low-mid price) hotels I stayed. We only talked with the guy in the front and he was very cordial. Breakfast was limited and in a small area (they had Beagles, Muffins, Yogurt (2 flavors), a machine to make waffles there, juice (orange, apple), and butter/jelly/maple and that was all they had for breakfast). It is a nice and comfortable clean place to stay overnight when visiting people in Raleigh. It is a little outside of the city, but the price made it well worth it. I would and might stay over again if we need to stay overnight there.
