Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pittsburgh Airport

What a nice place! Check in with Ricardo and Sathwika was easy! My room is small but very clean. I didn't see anything but a fresh , clean space. the other review I saw about the trash- yes it's still here- but do you know why? A truck too high drove inside rhere-- and if you know, you can't move for insurance, because I asked! Breakfast was fine- coffee was hot. There's laundry and a plethora of shops and restaurants close by. Lastly, my shuttle driver was there- waiting! He was great too! People that complain about pickups don't realize there can be traffic or accidents, etc. This shuttle serves mutliple hotels , so be kind and patient! For the price point you have my business! It's not the fanciest, but for me, I need a clean bed and a good nights sleep and this hotel hits those points.

Positive: "" Negative: Advertised breakfast but the juice machine and coffee were out the whole time. We found a stain and a burn hole on our comforter, which was replaced initially with a mattress cover and then they found a new comforter.

Absolute WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. HORRIBLE customer service… claim they have no number for the manager and would not issue a refund without the manager there. I have called almost every day since my reservation 3 weeks ago and the manager is magically “never there” no refund no help no contact info NOTHING. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Horrible waste of time and money!!!!! Mold in the shower the room horrible smoke smell old dirty. AVOID THIS HOTEL! I would do 0 stars if I could. AVOID THIS PLACE- you will not get a refund and it will be a huge hassle!

Comfy beds! Good Location. Nice free breakfast. People were very nice and helpful at front desk. good decor. Convenient fridge microwave. Could iuse update to tv and shower but over alll nice quiet place ! Would stay again

I arrived around 10 PM to my previously reserved room and was horrified by the conditions. The room was filthy, but the bathroom was truly unsanitary and posed obvious health risks. The entire bathroom reeked of human urine. The toilet was visibly dirty inside and out, the shower tub was coated in a thick dark film, the floor tiles had dirt caked deep into the grout, and the fabric shower curtain was covered in pubic hair. There were also brown splatters on the walls which I can only assume to be blood, urine, feces, or a combination of the three. I could not even shower due to sanitation concerns and slept with a full day of travel still on my skin. The rest of the room was no better — dirt embedded in the carpet and furniture, a TV so filthy it left my hands dirty, and a refrigerator th
