Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olean/Allegany

Unplanned stop but a very pleasant stay for sure. Super clean and comfortable. Accepts cats with a pet fee but well worth the price. The lady at the desk was amazing she even offered a treasure box of little toys for children to pick and have. Free coffee and hot coco open all night! They also have a little micro store with a variety of food and drinks to purchase.

Positive: Breakfast was scheduled till 10am. We got there just before 10, and they held it open till we were done eating. Good customer service. Negative: Parking. The parking lot is narrow and long. Handicapped spots were full and had to park almost all the way to the next hotel my 2nd night there. Since I am handicapped, that long walk was very hard.

Stayed here for a few days while traveling for Thanksgiving. Traveled with kids. This was the best stay I have had in a while. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the staff went above and beyond! Housekeeping came by everyday to see if we needed anything. Breakfast was simple and great! I stayed here several years ago when I lived in Olean because we remodeled our house and I can say they made some really great improvements and remodeled! I was skeptical about staying here because of my past visit but I’m happy that I did!

Great experience. The room was modern and clean. We stayed for one night and had pizza delivered to our room. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The Continental breakfast was great. My son and I had the make-your-own waffles which was fun! Nice choice of nighttime snacks for additional costs. Overall great place to stay!

The location of this hotel is perfect for staying for events at Saint Bonaventure! The rooms are all brand new and clean, and the bed was comfortable and all needed supplies are in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body Wash, lotion. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area as the price is very good compared to the other hotels in the area.
