Best Western Plus University Inn

Very good hotel. Polite staff. Good size room and clean toilet. Indoor pool is excellent with nice water temperature. I recommend to add showers in the pool area , so people can take shower before entering the pool. Breakfast is also reasonable. I certainly would recommend for a short stay.

Positive: Bathrooms need help. Caulk coming off tub and they recall and it’s hanging in the tub and shower with you. Not a 3 star hotel. Negative: Bathrooms need help!!!!

Great facility for the price. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was adequate.

Perfect hotel for a visit to St. Bonaventure University (which is literally a minute down the road). Everything was nice and clean - front desk area, parking lot/entrance, and the room. The front desk employees were friendly and engaging. Breakfast was great - they have that amazing coffee machine where you can make lattes and all kinds of hot beverages. Convenient location and right across the street from Walmart. We didn't use the fitness center or pool but both looked equally as clean as the rest of the hotel from a quick glance. Will definitely stay again if we end up at SBU!

This hotel is dated, but clean and comfortable. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible, because the mattresses were soft and needed replacement. Otherwise everything was great and a good value for the price. Breakfast was especially good, because they offered individually wrapped pastries that you don't see at most hotel breakfasts. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the interstate and 5 minutes from the St. Bonaventure campus.
