I am so happy to have a really great bagel shop in Olean, NY. Their bagels are literally some of the BEST bagels I have ever had in my entire life and I'm 53 years old haha. I especially love their Manhattan sandwich on a pretzel bagel is the ONLY place in town ir this area that I know of you can get a sandwich with lox, capers, red onion, fresh dill,black garlic dill cream cheese and tomato 😋 Their staff is also very friendly!

So happy to have a bagel shop in town! My daughter and I love the Brooklyn sandwich (egg, cheese, bacon) on the pretzels bagels. They are huge and filling! The cookies are amazing too! The days I can get orders delivered to us is super convenient and I'm hoping the delivery service becomes a regular option. I've been calling my orders in ahead of time before I go pick up, which is great as well.

I love firefly , their food is delightful and delicious.I like they use fresh premium ingredients. My favorite is the L.A. Smash ! Egg , Avocado, onion, cream cheese. I like my with no tomatoes and I add Bacon! It’s fire and FYI the Bacon is fire . Thick cut and extra tasty. The chicken salad is so flavorful and refreshing. I like to use the bagel chips as my substitute for crackers. I also like that it’s all locally sourced ,and that small businesses unite to help each other succeed. Unity and love are my two favorite ingredients . It feels and it taste great to be a patron. Most Definitely one of my favorite places.

I’ve been here 3 times now and after the first time getting the blueberry bagel with fresh strawberry cream cheese I decided it needed to be extra toasted. The firefly staff has no issue double toasting it for me and tastes AMAZING! I can’t wait to try one of the pretzels and the French toast bagel. 🤤

Bought several different flavors of individual bagels to have at home. Excellent service. Great selection. I like the chewy texture, but the rest of the family do not. We all think they are a little too salty. They are just as good the next day. I plan to keep supporting this local business!
