Hampton Inn & Suites Olean

Pros: 1. Very nice, new hotel 2. Very clean rooms and common areas 3. Comfortable beds Cons: 1: Undersized fridge 2: Only given 1 bar of soap between the sink and shower. Extremely inconvenient. 3: Really uncomfortable red couch in rooms I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Wendy at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

This hotel is fairly new and was very clean and comfortable! My only wish was that they had microwaves in the rooms, or at least on every floor. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! Isaiah at the front desk was so polite and professional! He went out of his way to make sure all needs were met! He even gave us dinner recommendations and he was on point with both restaurants! I stay in hotels every week and was very pleased with the service and my stay!

The hotel is relatively new and very clean. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. It was very quiet! We would happily stay there again should we find ourselves back in Olean.

Mid-hotel in rundown city, pricing their rooms at the absolute top of market. Staff was not accommodating at room preference, and didn’t recognize my Diamond status. Annoying about check out, no late check out offered and they will start knocking at your door (no joke) 1 minute after check out time. Not impressed
